LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

There will now be a fee associated with a late cancellation or 'no-showing' to your appointment. A credit card will need to be stored securely through the Fresha app.

 

Not showing up to your appointment is considered a NO SHOW and will be charged 100% of the chosen service cost.

If cancellation is needed, for any reason, within 48 hours of your appointment start time, you will be charged 50% of the chosen service(s) cost. Rescheduling your appointment inside 48 hours will not avoid the late cancellation fee.

 

If you are running late and wish to keep you appointment, please be considerate and call. if you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may be altered to a like service or rescheduled and a late cancellation fee will charged. This is to ensure we can stay on schedule for the next client.

Appointments made over the phone/online will need to be confirmed by entering in your credit card information securely through the Fresha app. If the appointment is not confirmed with a VALID credit card, we will cancel the appointment.

PEDICURES AND MANICURES

Please be aware you cannot leave the salon in disposable flip-flops as they are NOT reliable and proper footwear. For your safety before you leave the premises, we ask that you leave with proper footwear.

If you forget to bring your own flip-flops, we will ask that you not polish your toes/finger nails or choose a gel polish at an additional cost. If you CHOOSE to polish your toes/finger nails, PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST to seat and air dry.

  • We DO NOT have a drying station or table fans.

  • We have scheduled a finite amount of time to properly sanitize and disinfect our work station for our next client.

  • IF you choose to finish service with regular polish, we are NOT liable for any smeared toes or finger nails.

We do have non-disposable flip-flops for purchase in the salon for $3.

This policy ONLY applies to clients choosing to use regular polish.
